By using or visiting Property Ssmart website, its marketing channels (on Youtube/ Facebook/ Instagram), mobile applications, software, data feeds, and services provided to you (collectively the "Service") you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

•  You acknowledge that you enter and use the website / channels entirely at your own risk. The Website is subject to change at any time without prior notice and may contain errors.

• The PropertySsmart.com makes no warranty or representation concerning the website's availability or that the website will be free of defects in operation or design.

• Property Ssmart reserves the right to modify any Listing. All text on listing will be in English.

• Property Ssmart reserves right to modify / remove any users email addresses, website addresses or commercial branding shared by clients in Photos / Images / Video clips before publishing online.

•  The PropertySsmart.com cannot guarantee the safety of computer systems of users of the website. The PropertySsmart.com does not accept liability for any loss or corruption of electronically stored data or any damage to any computer system sustained in connection with the use of the website.

•  All intellectual property rights, including copyright and patents, in the website, the Content and all components of it are owned or licensed by Property Ssmart. You must not copy, modify or transmit any of the Content or the website without our written permission.

Property Ssmart strongly recommends and presume all Buyers / Sellers to hire personal Solicitor / Lawyers / Legal advocates for verifying  

• All Property related Documents ( Title / Ownership / Conveyance,  7 /  12 (for land ownership) / Society NOC documents or any other documents as relevant to complete and clear transfer of title from seller to buyer.

• In case of Rental / Leave and License agreements - Seller must get done Police Verification of potential tenants in local police area station.

• Property Ssmart do not ask for your Bank account / Debit card / Credit card / OTPs nor share any payment links to transfer payments.

• We do not ask / share payment links with our clients through networking (social / personal) channels.
   

· We accept payment only via Cheque : 

• Account Details are shared with clients in office.
   
• Property Ssmart uses the maximum care as possible to ensure that all or any data/information in respect of an electronic transfer of money does not fall into the wrong hands. Property Ssmart shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage sustained due to transfer via any other payment medium (e.g. Debit / Credit cards) or to erroneous accounts. 

• Property Ssmart reserves right to share your email address / phone numbers with parties relevant to your property requirements / viewing / scheduling / exchanging of  sale / rental contracts.

 Property Ssmart offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the customer’s card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in the processing of online transactions, problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.

Property Ssmart has the right but no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other users.

In the event that you have a claim or action against another user arising from that user's use of the website or information shared on our website or outside, you agree to pursue such claim or action independently of and without any demands to Property Ssmart and you release Property Ssmart from all claims, liability and damages arising from or in any way connected to the claim or action.

•  Users agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Property Ssmart against all actions, claims, proceedings, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) that may be brought against Property Ssmart or which Property Ssmart must pay, sustain or incur as a direct or indirect result of your use of the website or Service or erroneous sharing of information leading to financial loss to other users.

• BUYERS  / SELLERS  to send email to Property Ssmart (PropertySsmart@gmail.com) and wait for confirmation from PropertySsmart office before exchanging any deposit amount or token amount or final amount  prior to, during or  or after the signing of Purchase / Sale / Leave / License Rental contracts.
